Alexandra Richards, Associate Director at Gambit Communications and Head of its Atelier division, has rapidly established herself as one of the Middle East’s brightest PR talents. Graduating during the pandemic, she took bold personal risks to enter the industry, rising from intern to divisional head in just five years. At 26, she leads Gambit’s luxury and culture portfolio worth AED 3.7 million, managing seven team members and securing major client wins including Essilor Luxottica, Emirates Literature Foundation, and Marriott Bonvoy.

Alex has spearheaded landmark campaigns such as Emirates LitFest 2025, generating 260+ interviews, and FIX Dessert Chocolatier’s record-breaking launch, securing 246 clippings and 50M+ reach. Her Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliyah campaign won Gold at the MEPRA Awards and delivered a 45% revenue increase. On an individual level, Alex is a serial achiever. She took home the MENA Young Lions Gold medal in 2024 and represented the region at the Cannes Lions finishing in the top five globally. She has also won the MEPRA Award for Highly Commended Young Communicator of the Year, been chosen in Campaign Middle East’s Faces to Watch list, appointed to the MEPRA Youth Board, and self-penned op-eds for Campaign ME and ArabAd.
