Assembly MENA has lived a year of transformation, growing across every part of the business while redefining what digital can deliver for brands in MENA. Guided by our values of showing up, making change and winning well, we achieved a 95% client retention rate and added 53 new wins across the UAE and Saudi Arabia worth nearly AED 20 million. We expanded with a two-floor Dubai HQ, a new office in Cairo, and a stronger base in Riyadh. We launched STAGE AI, an operating system unifying 400+ data sources, and introduced Assembly Control, a programmatic suite improving safety and performance.
We also invested in a UX Design Thinking Lab, making Assembly one of the few agencies in the region with this capability. We reshaped our model by uniting SEO, content, social, influencer marketing and PR under Organic Media, making us one of the few agencies in MENA with the largest SEO team. With 320 people, 91% staff retention, and 45% women in leadership, our culture scaled with the business. To support growth, we made strategic senior hires across leadership and specialist roles. Assembly today is both a partner for brands and a voice in the region’s digital future.
