When I stepped into the P&G business in 2024, the account was under strain. Trust was low, processes were fragile, and an overworked team was demotivated. What unfolded over the year, however, became a story of renewal, innovation, and shared success. By year’s end, the scope has been renewed, expanded, and delivered its highest evaluation scores in three years.

The past year was challenging yet exciting: From inventing new solutions leading to Operational transformation via NEXA, managing 500+ campaigns a month across 8 markets, cutting errors and securing new remit; to Strategic innovations such as early adoption of People Meter and planning with purpose driving organic media growth. Last but not least, focusing on the PEOPLE with initiatives that restored morale and accountability. The impact was a mere testament of the hard work that has been put over the past year, significant revenue growth, increase in hard savings delivered, and a stronger team making magic everyday for our client. “People Fuel People”; My part was to set a vision, lead the way, raise standards, to make it easier for talented people to do their best work.
