Enigma began in 2023 with no big claims - just two people, a laptop, and the belief that brands deserve experiences that feel human, not predictable. In under three years, we’ve grown into a 25-person team across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, delivering 157 projects for 51 clients. What we’re proudest of isn’t the numbers, but that we’ve never lost a client.

Our growth has come by keeping things simple: build trust, deliver with care, and stay accountable. Partners like New Balance, Netflix, Majid Al Futtaim, Bentley, BMW, and Birkenstock have trusted us not because we are the biggest, but because we are consistent, flexible, and grounded in relationships. Today, 73% of our revenue comes from repeat clients - for us, the strongest proof of trust.

We’ve invested in our people and our capability, from an in-house creative and project team to our own warehouse that helps us deliver smarter and more sustainably. What sets us apart is not avoiding the chaos of this industry, but learning to thrive in it, turning challenges into clarity and stories that connect.
