When the pitches and growth opportunities weren’t there due to socio-political instabilities in Lebanon, my amazing team and I, kept the fire burning with the clients who mattered the most, defending revenue streams, protecting relationships, and making sure our in-depth strategic output and creative product never lost their spark, putting Leo Burnett Beirut’s voice and reputation on the global map.

I continued to inspire both clients and employees in a Lebanon that failed to inspire on its own unfortunately, and in a market where our industry, once the hub for talents and creativity- has been reshaped to become a hub to optimize profit margins and bottom line. From Glass Lion-winning work to internal programs that open doors for women and underrepresented communities, I’ve fought to make inclusion non-negotiable. On global stages and local ones, I’ve carried the message that creativity is stronger when everyone’s invited to the table.
