Starcom KSA's success this year was driven by one principle: Movement, and the belief that when we move people, we move business. Across our teams in Riyadh and Jeddah, that principle shaped everything we did. We rolled out Movement beyond just a presentation into a daily practice — through shared learning, open collaboration, and development opportunities across markets and global accelerator programs.

Our culture strengthened as our people grew closer. A Culture Committee, elected by the agency, took responsibility for bringing people together, organising moments that made the workplace feel connected, energised and proud. The result was Momentum. We pitched with confidence, we won with consistency, and we deepened partnerships across multiple sectors in the Kingdom. Our work for brands such as Red Sea, Saudi Tourism Authority, Almarai and many others helped shift perception, drive participation and build preference. Recognition followed naturally; earned not from noise but from results that were visible in-market and acknowledged by the industry. This was our year of action, with every Movement growing and pushing us on to the next. And that Momentum is still building.
