With over 15 years of experience in the media and marketing industry, my passion for excellence has supported the Emirates NBD's media and social media aspirations.    Over the years, my interest in the social media arena saw the development of Emirates NBD's social media channels, namely Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.  I successfully drove Emirates NBD's various social media platforms to achieve unprecedented levels of customer engagement, reflecting the bank's efforts in strengthening its online presence by engaging directly with customers while transforming customer experience.   The past few years witnessed me leading the social media function through significant milestones as the bank continues to be recognized winning some accolades including being ranked 22nd most followed and most engaging brand globally, as recently published by the Financial Brand's 2015 report.   Received several appreciation accolades for participating as a jury in well recognized marketing events. The latest were for judging "Create the digital Buzz" competition in the Digital Media Forum that took place in March 2015 and EFFIES 2015.  I joined Emirates NBD in 2007, and was instrumental in managing the launch of the Group's new brand identity.
